The design process is iterative and collaborative. During this phase, we define the overall project characteristics while considering budget, building codes, and timelines. We believe in spending more time in this initial stage as changes made later become more costly.
Construction Documents
Once design decisions have been finalized and approved, we develop drawings and specifications for building contractors and code officials to review for construction pricing and permits.
In preparing the documents our knowledgeable team coordinates with structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, and also applicable provincial regulatory requirements.
Procurement and Construction
Our team can request quotes from contractors, receive bids, and award the construction contract on your behalf. During construction, we can make regular site visits and provide professional oversight of the work being performed.
