Renovation to an existing commercial plaza for pharmacy fit-up, new facades, and new fire protection system.

Addition to the CANEX mall including additional warehouse space and shell space for a Tim Horton’s fit-up and drive-thru.

D.M. White architecture Inc. provided conceptual design, construction documents, and construction administration for a complete chemistry lab renovation.

Renovations included new bar area, new main floor and 2nd floor finishes, theatre style seating in the viewing area, and exterior entrance improvements.
