D.M. White Architecture Inc. provided architectural services for this $217million rehabilitation of the City of Saint John water supply infrastructure and was embedded with a large engineering consortium providing design and construction management services. The water treatment plant, administration building, and site development were planned to meet the design criteria of the project requirements and insulated to 25% better than the 2011 National Energy Code of Canada. D.M. White Architecture Inc. provided all building conceptual design, construction drawings and specifications, and construction administration. This multiple award winning project received an Award of Excellence from ACEC NB in 2019.
